The main topic of the 5th RegMed XB & DCVA Community Event is ‘how to leverage industrial partnerships for life science ventures’.
For startup companies and academic projects alike, partnerships with major industry players can be daunting, but also provide great opportunities for financing large projects and importantly, tapping into their wealth of expertise in development and in the regulatory and clinical domains.
During this Community Event our speakers Hans Schikan and Erik van der Veer will share their personal entrepreneurial experiences, to provide some valuable insights regarding interactions through industrial partnerships. The plenary session will be closed by several experts from Loyens and Loeff, who will provide key tips & tricks regarding IP related issues when engaging in such a partnership, and possible forms of structuring and governance.
